Card-free methods need manual confirmation. For PromptPay, send your payment confirmation to LINE peptheos. Your order moves to processing once payment is verified.

Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis and a traceable lot number.
Match the lot number on your vial to the Certificate of Analysis supplied with your order. For any discrepancy, contact us with your order number.
Storage and handling
