These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peptheos website and any order you place through it. Peptheos is operated from Bangkok, Thailand. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

All products supplied by Peptheos are for laboratory research purposes only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and they are not for use in diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical procedures. Products have not been evaluated for human use by any regulatory authority. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim of any human or animal benefit.

By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are acquiring the products solely for laboratory research purposes, and that you are competent and equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research materials safely and lawfully. You confirm that purchase and possession of these materials for research use is lawful in your jurisdiction. Responsibility for compliance with local law rests with you.

At checkout you must confirm that all products are purchased for laboratory research purposes only. This confirmation is a condition of sale. Orders cannot be placed without it. By confirming, you accept sole responsibility for the lawful and safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products after delivery.

Prices are listed in Thai Baht and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products and purity accurately, with a Certificate of Analysis and a traceable lot number supplied per batch. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct errors, decline, or cancel any order, including after it is placed, and where an order is cancelled after payment we will refund the amount paid for that order in accordance with section 8.

We accept Cash on Delivery inside Bangkok, PromptPay, Wise transfer, and cryptocurrency. We do not accept credit cards. Discounts for Wise and cryptocurrency are applied automatically at checkout when that method is selected. Payments are processed by third parties, including NOWPayments for cryptocurrency and Wise for bank transfer, each under its own terms. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For manual methods, confirmation may require you to send proof of payment as described at checkout and on the Payment page.

Shipping terms are set out on the Shipping and Handling page, which forms part of these terms. We ship within Thailand only. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment and delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Because the products are sensitive research materials, all sales are final and products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, except where an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled under the Returns and Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

You may not use the site or the products in any unlawful way, nor represent Peptheos products as approved for human or veterinary use, nor resell or supply them in breach of applicable law. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

All site content, branding, product names, copy, imagery, and design are owned by Peptheos or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

The products are supplied for research use only and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that the products are fit for any purpose other than laboratory research, and we make no representation as to results obtained from their use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptheos is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use, handling, storage, or disposal of the products after delivery, nor for any use of the products outside laboratory research. Responsibility for lawful and safe use passes to you on delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peptheos harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use, handling, or supply of the products, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
